Hello, I am Dr. Michael King, a third-generation Chiropractor. My grandfather graduated from Chiropractic College in 1921 after experiencing a profound, life-changing moment with Chiropractic care. All four of his sons became Chiropractors, and I, along with two of my siblings and a cousin, followed in their footsteps. My family has been providing Chiropractic care to our communities for over 100 years. Five out of the 9 Palmer College of Chiropractic graduates are still actively serving our communities. My uncle, the oldest among us at 82, continues to see patients for 25 hours a week.
I relocated from Northern Kentucky to the Shenandoah Valley in 2002 to work alongside Dr. Gordon Stevenson, whose office was in Luray. In 2008, I opened my second office in Harrisonburg, allowing me to dedicate my time to helping both communities. In my spare time, I enjoy home remodeling, hiking, and canoeing.
